Welcome to Reborn Shop. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Reborn Shop. Reborn Shop operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Reborn Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, including placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access our Services. Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Access and account

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping any account information you provide accurate and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Our products

Reborn Shop sells original branded clothing and footwear, including both new and pre-owned items. Most items are single pieces, available in one size and one quantity only. The condition of each pre-owned item is described in its listing and shown in its photos; minor signs of wear consistent with the stated condition are not considered a defect.

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect them exactly. Sizes are stated as marked on the item by the manufacturer.

All items are subject to availability. Because many items are unique and are also offered through our social media and other sales channels, an item may sell out before your order is confirmed. In that case we will notify you and refund any amount you have paid for that item.

3. Orders and prices

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion, including if the item is no longer available or if there was an error in the price or description. Prices are shown in the store currency (KM / BAM); where a price in another currency (for example RSD) is shown, it is for information only.

We reserve the right to change prices and to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices in effect at the time you place your order apply to that order.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods offered at checkout, which may include cash on delivery and cash payment on personal pick-up. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information and to pay for all orders placed through the Services.

5. Delivery and personal pick-up

We deliver to addresses in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina through our delivery partners. Delivery times given at checkout or in our communication are estimates and are not guaranteed. Personal pick-up is available by arrangement in Novi Sad, Prijedor and Banja Luka.

Please check your order when you receive it. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note this with the courier and contact us as soon as possible.

6. Returns and exchanges

If you received an item that is materially different from its listing (wrong item, wrong size, or an undisclosed defect), contact us within 3 days of receipt at the email below and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Items must be returned unworn and in the condition in which they were received. Returns for other reasons are accepted at our discretion. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the applicable law of your country are not affected by these Terms.

7. Authenticity

We sell original branded products only. If you have reason to believe an item you purchased from us is not authentic, contact us and we will review the claim and, if it is confirmed, refund the full purchase price upon return of the item.

8. Social media, promotions and content

We present our products on Instagram, TikTok, OLX and other platforms. Posts, stories and promotions may show items that have since been sold. Special offers and discounts apply only for the period and under the conditions stated with them, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

All content on the Services, including photos, text and logos, belongs to Reborn Shop or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose; to place fraudulent orders; to infringe the rights of others; to interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or to collect data about other users.

10. Third-party services and links

The Services may contain links to, or be provided with the help of, third-party services (such as Shopify, payment and delivery providers, and social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reborn Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reborn Shop from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
